Simply put, Fedor Khrapatin is one of the greatest chess coaches in the NYC area. He taught for us at Tri-State Chess in a number of different schools and has a great rapport with the kids.
Fedor is friendly, easy going, yet serious in his interest to get his students to learn and gain a strong appreciation for the game. We always had great feedback from the schools where he was teaching. And the chess culture in those schools would always grow with excitement.
Eventually he became known as “The Mighty Fedor,” for his ability to get his students focused and develop them to a higher level. I recommend Fedor highly for both group and individual lessons!
